About Us

Hello, I am Kris and I am your Performance Consultant. I have over 30 years experience as either a coach or athlete in gymnastics and cheerleading. I was also a track star and musician in high school. As a gymnasts, I competed as a level 10 in USA Gymnastics and AAU. As a cheerleader, I was a member of the University of Toledo Varsity squad. As a coach, I have coach in multiple gyms in Ohio, Louisiana, and Tennessee. I have coached all levels of gymnasts and cheerleaders. I have helped numerous athletes achieve their goals of joining college teams. I have worked with some of the top coaches in cheerleading and gymnastics.

I am currently a Doctoral Candidate, ABD, in Counseling Education and Supervision through National Louis University. I received a B.S. in Psychology from East Tennessee State University and a M.S. in School Counseling with an additional certificate in Contemporary Theory in Mental Health Services from Capella University, a CACREP accredited program. I have experience in school counseling and is licensed in the state of Tennessee. I currently work as a Crisis Counselor for a large regional health system. I have 6 years of experience working with mental health. I am currently a pre-licensed counselor participating in post-graduate supervision for licensure in the state of TN.
